POSEIDON'S
RESTAURANT
A note from Paul on 18th January
2008: Last night we launched our latest menu
in Poseidon's and already it has been hailed as our best ever by both
staff and our customers alike. The latest addition to our culinary
team is chef Robert Stratton, who was formerly Head Chef at the Cave
Castle Hotel in South Cave and at The Weir Bar and Grill in
Hessle, who has worked tirelessly the last two weeks to assemble a
great menu. All dishes, including desserts, are now home made. and are
simply delicious. I personally tried each one (it's such a terrible
job this, but someone has to do it!) and I'm sure this menu will be a
resounding success and am keen to hear the views of our customers.
There's
